We do not store IP addresses, booking links, form responses, or team-portal activity in these website analytics.

How Your Information Is Used

MDB Tutoring uses the information you provide to coordinate tutoring services, manage bookings, respond to inquiries, communicate about sessions, and maintain appropriate business records. Assigned tutors and authorized managers may access information that is relevant to the student’s tutoring services. We also send operational communications such as appointment confirmations, reminders, receipts, materials notifications, and payment summaries. MDB Tutoring does not sell personal information or use information submitted through this website to enroll you in marketing communications without your consent.

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with third-party service providers to operate key parts of our tutoring and booking services. Stripe processes payment card information directly, so we do not collect card details through our booking form. Zoom provides online meeting services, while Resend may process transactional emails such as confirmations and reminders. Uploaded materials are stored privately with access limited to authorized staff and individuals associated with the relevant booking. Information processed by these providers is subject to their respective privacy policies.
